Launching Ceremony of Pakistan ICT Consortium Foundation 28 Aug, 2009 Launching Ceremony of Pakistan ICT Consortium Foundation during 9th ITCN Exhibition was held at Expo Center from 11th ~ 13th August 2009.     Sindh IT Minister Mr. Raza Haroon cutting ribbon at the launch ceremony         Director International Marketing with the Central Executive Committee  Pakistan ICT Consortium aims at strengthening the capacity of Pakistani ICT SME’s by Sindh IT Minister Mr. Raza Haroon cutting ribbon at the launch ceremony providing them a unique platform of facilitation for a collaborative working on projects/initiatives from European Union, British Council, World Bank, and other local and international Funding Agencies. The Consortium also aims at creating a very strong bondage with Pakistani Academic Institutions to provide them opportunities to work with ICT SME’s for R&D and other project based initiatives by establishing joint ventures with Pakistan ICT Consortium Member Companies and ICT SME’s from European Union and other Developing Nations. The Pakistan ICT Consortium has been established as an outcome of a European Union project facilitated by Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with chambers of Italy, Romania, Latvia, Slovenia and Nepal.
