The consortium has a basic structure where there is a President representing the entity at all forums and is the deciding factor in the coarse of direction that it will take in different activities and venture. The Central Executive Council consists of 4 members representing different SMEs coming together to work under the president to serve in the best interest of the consortium. The president has been elected by voting of the founding member SMEs and the CEC has been selected based on voluntary nominations of the SMEs themselves.
